Hey pleb – Cole Plante buys Soundcloud plays

It just gets worse.

Following a schweet little investigative report from Do Androids Dance, peanut producer Cole Planté and what we can only assume is a group of skanky support have stooped to buying SoundCloud plays, amongst other chumpy computer cheating. I may have bagged Planté before as the moronic leader of the ‘Conveyor Belt DJs’(with good reason, mind you), but this really takes the crappy cake.

The track in question is titled ‘If I Fall’ ft. Myon and Shane 54, an initial track churned out by Planté after being signed by NME and is your pretty general mediocre dance splurge. Planté may have had a reasonably successful festival circuit as the youth novelty – but appears to now be struggling to create anything of dance merit or interest.

To what extent can one utilise the internets to push their craptacular tracks? Well it looks like Planté’s posse have not only been buying likes to tracks which quite clearly can’t engage popularity as a singular entity – but to create the feel of a legitimate following have been paying some dude to create an army of imaginary tweens to throw their cyber panties Planté’s way. Just check out the images below which show the group which have been fake trollin’.

Without doting on the fact that there’s definitely a bit of profiling happening here (someone’s gotta say it), the peeps behind this averagely executed heist also reposted the tracks at the same time in the same order on the pages of these mythical beings.

Smooth moves guys. Why SoundCloud doesn’t take charge – identify this kind of behaviour and blacklist accordingly is a mystery to us. Whatever the reason, the ability for plebs such as Palanté and the crew to create credibility out of sweet fuck all is just another example of internet abuse and money over talent.

Not keen.
