Guilty – we’re a couple of weeks late on this one… but it doesn’t matter – this is a timeless performance. Courtesy of the kind people at Pitchfork comes a HD live recording of Darkside’s entire set at Pitchfork Music Festival Paris. It’s an entrancing, uber tight set that edifies what we already knew – these guys are really choice!

What better way to gear up for their Australian tour in early April than wrapping your earholes around this one. Granted, it is a pretty crap video edit, but it’s still worth the 48 minutes of being enraptured by Nicolas Jaar’s David Byrne/Bryan Ferry/Nicholas Cave-esque throwback vocals.
