Mylo will be dropping more than just the pressure with an unprompted secret visit to Australia for two intimate club shows following his last jaunt in 2011 at Fuzzys now nerfed Parklife festival (replaced by the boutique electronic national event Listen Out).

The special occasion marks the 10th anniversary of Mylos one and only record ‘Destroy Rock & Roll’ that featured an all time favourite track of ours “Drop The Pressure” and made our Ten Timeless Electronic Albums – maybe some Australian fanboys noted the date?

Only fans in Sydney, Melbourne and Surfers Paradise will have the privilege of catching the UK producer although times are tight with an early show in New South Wales before literally jetting off to Victoria to the evening.

Although we’ve all been waiting for a follow up to his 2004 album ‘Destroy Rock & Roll’ its been rumoured Mylo had completed enough tracks for two full LPs, one clubby and one more electronica even back in 2011 but faced multiple hurdles in clearing samples with the record eventually sandbagged – bummer.  We’d still love to see Mylo upload it for free on bandcamp if it existed?
