Youtuber ‘u4ea’ candidly shows us just how easy it is to sound like all of your favourite artists frequently topping the Beatport charts. In under 5 minutes, u4ea creates a build-up and drop similar to the infamous track “animals” by man-child Martin Garrixx, highlighting popular samples and tricks top producers use to create their festival ‘bangers’.

To be honest we’re not really surprised, chart topping EDM lately has been super simplified with tracks from big name producers releasing every other day, it’s no wonder the top 100 sound so similar.
