Swedish house label giants Local Talk have been prolific over this festive period with the release of a compilation titled ‘Talking House Vol. 3’ and ‘The Baryard’ EP courtesy of their compatriots Dirtytwo. The latter is a house gem from the Hageby-based duo and they more than live up to the expectations of any Local Talk release with an array of mesmerising soulful vocals complimented by those sought after pure deep house vibes, perfectly exemplified from the three minute mark and beyond of ‘Waisted’. ‘Talkin 2 U’ is another belter primed for a rinsing this summer, with the repetition of vocals, prominent chords and signature bass work making for a class tune. A personal highlight of the month so far.
