Tumble Audio boss Killjoy has just released his ‘Magnetic’ EP on Champion‘s forward-leaning Formula Records following on from Hannah Wants and Chris Lorenzo’s superb offering ‘What I Want’, and is a proper UK funky, garage infused force of nature. No fassy 4/4 here, just three track of serious, current ‘adrcore, ranging from the mutant warp bass and angular syncopations of ‘Magnetic’ to the classic-sampling shoulder rolla, ‘Higher’, and the Jackin’ rudeness of ‘Don’t Wanna’.
