Just when you thought the sounds of Major Lazer (aptly described as ‘mutant reggae’) couldn’t get anymore wacky-wonderful, recent hit ‘Bubble Butt’ has been given a smash remix by Korean duo Big Bang.

Comprising of rapper/producers G-Dragon and Top, the duo take on the much-scrutinised (for reasons we just can’t figure out) track, building on the track’s foundation of EDM beats and warped sounds whilst concurrently laying over original Korean lyrics, we find our lacklustre white behinds shaking despite ourselves (twerk alert!).

All over its a fairly weird but interesting remix, with sounds we didn’t quite expect complimenting the hit. It’s also really nice to hear some Korean vocals overlaid into a familiar track.

We can definitely imagine getting a little crazy to this one, and based on some recent comments from Major Lazer, they’d be all for it.
