At the eve of the Amsterdam Dance Event conference’s 25^th annual exchanging of industry stead, King Brain & Deepdisco have delivered their ‘Dou Pitcher’ EP on underground house connoisseur imprint 100% Pure. While the house and tech-house industry has started to beg for original cuts from the slightly left-field because of a surplus of generic tunes, this EP reveals one of the most diversified yet creatively due instalments from the label to date. Title track ‘Dou Pitcher’ employs the common groove-led energy that the label has embodied within their 20-year reign, but the flipside ‘Manta’ has drawn on the digression of murkier and more progressively attuned house music.
