You would be hard pressed to find a remix that didn’t cut through as efficiently as Cyril Hahns re-work of Destiny’s Child for its laboriously slick production and rnb vibes. Following on from that was ultra cool versions of Mariah Carey, Solange, Haim and more recently Icelandic rockers Sigur Ros that all found themselves constantly being referred to as quality love making music… a compliment we all wish we could claim.

It’s not all slo-mo re-workings with the equally well-produced single “Perfect Form” featuring Shy Girls that should give you the same feeling on hearing TEED or The xx for the first time.

Now news comes of club dates in Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth that compliment the three stops for Falls Festival in Lorne, Marion Bay and Byron Bay.

Probably the bigger of the dates would be the ‘Lost & Found’ show in Sydney come New Years Eve that’ll flex other guns Danny Tenaglia, Bicep and Will Saul which will certainly be a good reason to kick it at home and ignore the lures the outta city limits.
