18 year-old Southside grime rapper Depzman was knifed to death last night in Birmingham, with a man already arrested for the suspicion of his murder. In horrific circumstances, Depz had been attending a tribute at KC’s Nightclub for Kyle Sheehan, a.k.a. Shamz, a friend of his who died exactly a year ago from similar stabbing injuries, aged just 16.

Support has already started pouring in, with grime fans and producers bagging the promising MC’s latest album ‘2 Real’ to skyrocket it to number 1 on the iTunes hop-hop charts. All proceeds are said to go to his family to help with funeral costs.

MOBO Award nominee Wretch32 tweeted: ‘R.I.P depzman. A young talented MC’, while the ‘RIP Depzman’ Facebook page has copped just under 50,000 likes so far.
