For those who know Mount Kimbie and their music, will know that they are quite a unique duo. After releasing their much anticipated second album Cold Spring Fault Less Youth, they have recorded a short about a secret show they performed in London back in June.

During the video the two talk about the development for their live performance as well as production and recording. For this particular show they incorporated the use of quartet of brass to enhance the live sound.

Their recorded material has a vast array of unorthodox sounds that manage to blend seamlessly, and by adding live instruments it certainly creates more of a spectacle visually and audibly. Weather or not they take this throughout their future tours, it’s still exciting to see they will be on the road performing their new material.
