South London tunesmith Last Japan has just released his newest EP titled Darsk on Sony.

Making his names on some of the  most hip independent labels such as Bullet Train, LNUK and Signal Life, it wasn’t long before the multi instrumentalist was garnering some major attention from some of the industry’s biggest names with heavy support from BBC 1Xtra, Rinse FM and the likes of Toddla T and Jackmaster. This release showcases heavy influences from grime, UK funky and 2-step sounds while still retaining a current edge that makes it hard to classify it as anything but cool. Also featuring Merky Ace – just off the back of releasing his All Or Nothing LP – and Kris Kiss, this 5-track EP is sure to please.
