Girl Unit debuts his Hysterics alias with an EBM-infected trio of bass/house slammers. Club Constructions Vol. 5 is a series focussing on rhythm tracks, wild DJ tools and stripped down music made directly for the floor, out on Night Slugs as the follow-up to Helix‘s installment in Vol. 4. The whole sound is dungeon-esque, and like most releases on Bok Bok and L-Vis 1990‘s label it’s stripped to the fundamentals to work a proper warehouse sound with the clanking, scraping and strafing percussions and up-to-the-minute bass pressure of all 3 tracks.
