Busy P: Daft Punk’s ‘R.A.M.’ has nothing to do with electronic music

In a recent interview, Busy P opened up to why Daft Punk’s album will have no impact on the EDM / how we more politely like to phrase it, Dance Music.

The Ed Banger label owner who recently featured on Heineken bottles detailed “‘Random Access Memories’ has nothing to do with electronic music. Daft Punk are playing in another league and they are killing it.”

When asked the question whether their album was a game changer in the electronic scene, he replied: “Asking if Daft Punk is changing the game is wrong. They did change the game years ago, and today Cashmere Cat, Canblaster, Para One and Hudson Mohawke are the ones who are pushing the boundaries.”

Who do you think is pushing the boundaries that isn’t on the list above?
