Planet Mu label boss Mike Paradinas has just released his first album since 2007, titled Chewed Corners. The µ-Ziq record presents a lush, analog side to the sound of the veteran producer—whose first album was released via Aphex Twin‘s Rephlex label back in 1993—trading in some of his beloved aggressive electronics for a trippy, kosmische-inspired listen.

As the boss of the legendary imprint, he’s always been at the forefront of innovations and has released music by some of the most celebrated modern electronic artists around from Benga, Kuedo and Machinedrum to Luke Vibert, Venetian Snares and FaltyDL to name just a few.
