Wolfgang Gartner goes after ‘high profile djs’

Wolfgang Gartner has set his sights on ‘high profile djs’ in a recent Twitter rant brought on by the constant rotation of what he sees as Beatports Top 10 tracks during most festival sets.

The spiel below is that of an honest and infuriated producer who like us, is fed up for the same tracks getting played by the same producers throughout even the same day at big dance and electronic festivals.

Funnily enough it was Martin Solveig who Wolfgang was relating to with the both playing the Neon Desert Music Festival on the weekend. In his reply Martin took offence while defending what he believes people wanted when attending festivals while suggesting leaving experimentation to the underground? Weird.

Wolfgang Gartners management eventually took the reins of his Twitter account and said WG will be back in June sometime.

Hell yeah, a rant we can get behind!
