Swedish House Mafia Releasing Rare Vinyl Cuts On “Record Day”

This is not an oxymoron”

Less than 24 hours after their final concert, the gritty and hard-nosed Disc Jockeys Swedish House Mafia have announced they are set to release 5,000 Vinyl copies of six of their rare, classic house anthems! In what is clearly, definitely, not at all a last minute cash grab, Swedish House Mafia now gives their loyal, underground following the opportunity to buy six songs they likely would have forgotten if not for the re-release.

The triad of Swedish DJs simply has an undying affection for vinyl and the pure art of music which shines through in their edgy DJ sets in which they unleash deep, unexpected cuts throughout while displaying uncanny, almost mixing ability. You can support the noble cause of these soon to be out of work–and likely soon broke–DJs by stopping by a local record store and picking up your copy on “Record Store Day”–a day where people purportedly abstain from buying records and spending their money on underground art like this The rare, exclusive and individually numbered cuts will include the following timeless classics .

Side A
1. One (Your Name) [feat. Pharrell] 2:43
2. Miami 2 Ibiza (Swedish House Mafia vs. Tinie Tempah) 3:24
3. Save The World 3:33

Side B
1. Antidote (Swedish House Mafia vs. Knife Party) 2:57
2. Greyhound 3:36
3. Don’t You Worry Child (feat. John Martin) 3:32

This generous Vinyl gift and totem of fan appreciation goes on sale on 4/20 for a mere 16 Euros! The date also coincides with the worldwide celebration for cannabis–also known as “devils lettuce”–a substance that, ironically, Swedish House Mafia and their fan bases steer clear of at all costs.
