10 years is a long time for anyone, more so for an independent label such as Ed Banger Records and cracking that milestone was celebrated in the only way possible, over the top!

Previous Ed Banger parties had limited allocations and relatively small venues – I remember the 6 1/2 bday in London at the Coronet many years back featuring Busy P, Mehdi (RIP), SebastiAn, Breakbot, Feadz, So Me, Krazy Baldhead and even a surprise Justice set.

This years ‘Carnival’ themed edition absolutely trumped things with over 7,000 people cramming into the Grande halle de la Villette and over 1,000,000 streaming via the official Ed Banger Youtube Channel.

Watching the weighty 6:16 video will make you really appreciate that, even though it’s been 10 years Busy P and the rest of the label well and truly love what they are doing and in turn inject that passion and love back into the ever growing and evolving project.

We just hope that the live stream is cut and uploaded with individual sets from Justice, Uffie, Feadz, Cassius and SebastiAn. Be on the look out for cameo’s from Brodinski, Gesaffelstein, Breakbot and more!
