Broadcast from any and everywhere — even “from planet to planet” as the classic intro states — episode 500 was an extra special, live-in-person edition of the Global Radio Show that took place during October’s Amsterdam Dance Event at the Awakenings party. The documentary brings insight and visual dimension to the story behind how Global came to be, and the remarkable preparation for episode 500 at Gashouder, a massive iron-roofed sound chamber with space for 3,500 die-hard Revolution recruitees. You’ll hear from a few of Carl Cox’s friends too, like Richie Hawtin and Fatboy Slim, as well as from The Mega Man himself.
