Nile Rogers believes his Daft Punk collab should be out 2013

Daft Punk collaborator Nile Rogers has hinted his collaboration with the French duo could be out early this year!

In a blog post on the producers website, titled ‘2013 Won’t Be Boring’ Nile stated “The next time I set foot in Japan, my collaboration with Daft Punk would have started to hit people’s eardrums,” adding “As well as a number of songs I’m working on over the next few months with a select group of artists and, of course finally, my lost Chic and solo material. No matter how it ends, 2013 won’t be boring!”

A rather candid photoshop of all three characters was also added to the post.

It was back in August that Nile spoke more openly about the project and how ”It’s going to be so cutting edge that people aren’t going to expect what they’re doing.”

Usually we’d take this as a grain of salt but concrete evidence of collaborations with Paul Williams,Giorgio Moroder a recent 15 minute mix for Saint Yves LaurenDaft Punk mercha possible website rebuild and event a recent spot on The Simpsons all points to something special gearing up for 2013.
