Flume and Hermitude win at SMAC Awards

FBI Radio’s SMAC awards – which showcases some of Sydney, Australia’s finest cultural, art and musical talent was lead with the celebration of two dance music artists receiving awards last evening!

Duo, Hermitude who received much accolade for their track ‘Speak of the Devil’ and record ‘Hyperparadise’ took out the award for ‘Best Live Act’ with everyone’s favourite producer Flume receiving the award for ‘Album of the Year’.

The two then combined to also be given the best song of the year for Flume’s remix of Hyperparadise by Hermitude!

A special sidenote goes out to electronic boutique music festival OutsideIn for gaining ‘Festival of the Year’ for their debut event (portraits and festival snaps).
