Most people are in the womb when they start producing music these days, so it’s no surprise that the Leeds native who calls himself Dosage is only 19 years old. What’s more impressive than his age is the maturity of the track. It’s brooding and pushes steadily forward on a narrow path, but scattered thoughts can be heard floating off in every direction at the same time. Dosage’s choice of bassline causes an intriguing unease. It’ll keep you on that path as the world around you breaks away.
