Miss Kittin has a knack for channeling the vast dimensions of outer space through her driving techno basslines and sultry yet robotic vocals. “Life Is My Teacher” marks the first release from her new double album, aptly named for her otherworldly soundscapes, Calling From The Stars.

With nearly a decade of incredible productions and never-ending touring travel under her collar, plus killer collaborations (most notably with her favorite partner in crime, The Hacker, plus Felix Da Housecat and many others), there’s no doubt this sassy French feline has learned a lot.

Calling From The Stars will be her third solo artist album, to be released on her label, Nobody’s Bizzness and wSphere April 22nd, 2013. She sums up the track’s message quite poetically, waxing Confucian:

“We never stop learning, and more we learn, more we know nothing.”
