In a strangely opposite ends of the spectrum way, indie folk band Bon Iver have been remixed by Canadian dubstep duo Zeds Dead. Who could have seen this coming!?
For those of you who don’t know Bon Iver, their music is a slow artistic minimal folk style where often silence is used as an instrument and their voices like a soft melodic compliment that evokes reflection and relaxation.
For those of you who don’t know Zeds Dead, they are bass heavy dubstep producers with music that is more associated with being in-yo-face!
So what is the result of this unlikely musical combination? Well a strangely pleasant reflective and calm dubstep styling lead by Bon Iver vocals. Free download below.
