Well its been a great run for the three go-getters from Sweden. Starting out a friends going to shows and pestering djs, everyone has to admit they came a long way. Maybe their sound is not everyone’s cup of tea, and the world is full of haters, but Swedish House Mafia put some Size into electronic music. From Masquerade Motel to Madison Square Garden, the guys did their own thing. They had their own events and didn’t worry about who would book them and where. Even from an indie blog like ourselves we really appreciate the passion and dedication Angello, Axwell, and Ingrosso brought to the stage. Personally when seeing Axwell play ‘Watch The Sunrise’ at Trilogy, Dubai in 2004 was one of the turning points in my outlook on the dance genre. Before and After the mafia, all three will surely continue to rock stadiums worldwide.
