Todd Terje charges double for sample used in pop stars latest single!

Take a look at the two videos below. Something sound familiar? Yes that is right, Todd Terje has unintentionally assisted British popstar Robbie Williams with his next single “Candy”.

Do you want to know the coolest thing about the sample being stolen borrowed from Todd Terje’s 2004 tune “Eurodans”? Mr Terje reportedly banked a big cheque by charging Robbie’s people twice his usual rate.

This was the result of Mr Williams management getting in touch only two weeks before the release of this admittedly catchy piece of shit track to negotiate the cost of the sample! Dance Music 1 Robbie William 0 and -1 for trying to create the next Carly Rae Jepson bubble gum killer.

Todd Terje is playing this years Harbourlife and has been holed up in the studio with Roxy Music’s Bryan Ferry!
