Talk about some bad luck! UK dance music festival Creamfields has been cancelled due to some freakishly bad weather. This is the second festival this year to be rained off after Playground Weekender in Sydney Australia.
Creamfields released a statement quoting “Following heavy rainfall over the last 24 hours, significant and heavy flooding is affecting the Creamfields arena near Warrington. No serious casualties have been reported and Cheshire Police and partner agencies are supporting event organisers in ensuring the safety and welfare of festival goers during this time.”
The festival is currently creating logistics to get all existing patrons already on site out of the area and are currently urging everyone to remain patient.
