Napster Co-Founders New Social Video Service

Sean Parker, who was famously played by ex Nsync popstar Justin Timberlake in the ‘Facebook Movie’ is giving a new social media venture a go.

Airtime, is a video to video social media network platform similar to chat roulette but with a far more intelligent user interface. The platform shares a similar functionality to roulette where the person you talk to is selected at random, however with the use of Facebook and Twitter integration, it pairs up what interest you have in common in the video to help strike a conversation!

On the contrary to Napster, the thing that both Shawn Fanning and Sean Parker were both most excited to announce is “it won’t make the entire record industry mad at them, and even Lars Ulrich can use it” (after famously being sued by the Metallica frontman).

The launch was aided by celebrities Snoop Dogg, Jim Carrey with the initial funding by Will.I.Am and Aston Kutcher.

Well here is to hoping to eliminate old dudes with their penises out which is pretty much what Chat Roulette is famous for.

Did you know that Justin Timberlake is a majority owner of the old favorite MySpace?
