CNet has opened speculation that Facebook may be looking for a piece of the MP3 music pie.

With the recent revelation of a Facebook smart phone in development, rumors are rife through a suspected strategy believed to “unite” Facebook Payments/Credits with the Facebook App Store to create a “full blown store of digital goods, from movies and books to music and apps” (According to journalist Dan Farber)

Facebook have now almost spent a month as a floated company on the share market and it strongly appears that money is the number 1 priority!

Tie that in with Facebooks new paid ‘sponsored posts’ on personal pages and ‘sponsored stories’ on brand pages and the whole thing is starting to look like an even more lucrative cash cow for the ‘Zucks.
