Stevie Wonders nephew Alpha Lorenzo Walker along with conspirator Tamara Eileen Diaz have been arrested and charged for attempting to extort the artist, LA prosecutors said on Friday.

The pair were to have allegedly threatened to reveal embarrassing information about the “Superstitious” singer to media if their demands of $5 million were not met.

When detectives agreed on a lesser value ($10,000) and met the two as representatives of the musician, the two were arrested.

Both Walker and Diaz are in custody awaiting preliminary trial next week.
