Good looking people are running around breaking hearts everywhere, none more so than in the music industry you and I both love.

With the internet, came Google images and easy access to promo shots became nothing more than an expectation from fans (nb: that’s not a factual account of how it all happened). We all yearn to know the faces behind the songs we lust after, dance along and headbang to but are we finding ourselves swooning over the music or the faces behind the magic?

Here are 10 magicians that have got me so weak at the knees I may need to sit down for this…

Gesaffelstein

It’s that suit, that unbuttoned shirt, that cigarette so nonchalantly hanging out the corner of his mouth, it’s that techno. Oh and he is also French. How has the world not exploded with someone like him being in existence?! Quickly establishing himself as a techno staple, Mike Levy releases the darkest beats all while oozing intrigue and mystery.

Boys Noize

Founder of Boysnoize Records (like I had to tell you that) he is also a well established member of Babetown. Alex Ridha is an amazing producer/dj/remixer and undoubtedly pioneering the resurgence of techno all while dealing with groupies scrambling for glimpses, photos and stickers for their Macbooks.

Jamie xx

Most humans love The xx. Their songs are as sweet as the honey in the band, Jamie xx. He has everything from English schoolboy charm to masterpieces like We’re New Here under his belt and with The xx teasing us all with new tracks, there ain’t no sign of him going away anytime soon.

Danny Daze

Have you heard Your Everything?! How can you not fall in love with Danny Daze after hearing a bassline like that. With his alabaster skin, his sharp features, his everything (lolgeddit) he is one good looking, talented man with a bassline made to make your clothes melt right off.

Dave 1 (Chromeo)

David Macklovitch was made for women. He knows it, if Chromeo’s lyrics are anything to go by and he dresses with unmanageable steeze. Find me someone else who can wear the hell out of a leather vest like this man can.

Seth Troxler

I fell in love with Seth Troxler after seeing ">this footage of him @ Winter Music Conference 2010. He is mad cute, has the best promo shots and dons a great haircut. For those of you who have ever seen him play, his concentratey face is mad babin.

Mark Ronson

If ‘suave’ had a picture next to it in the dictionary, it’d be one clean, cut, damn fine looking photograph of Mark Ronson. A producer like no other, this guy is next level in all facets of life. Have you seen photos from his wedding? Yes he’s married, yes he’s married to a model but who said you had a chance anyway? Dreamboat.

SebastiAn

I think there is something truly enigmatic about people who don’t smile, people who are so pale that they glow in the dark and especially people who make tracks like SebastiAn do. I want nothing more to swim in the depths of his mind and find out more…

Brodinski

Hey Mr Bromance Records, you fly. Isn’t it just completely insane that Brodinski and Gesaffelstein are BFFs?! Also, if you can peel your eyes from away from Babeinski for a second his techno spin on tracks is next level, remixing Nero, Sebastien Tellier and resident babe Gesaffelstein taking the original tracks to new heights.

araabMuzik

AraabMuzik can get you swoonin all with a MPC and that’s real talk. If you like your babes x2 then I have good news because araabMuzik is playing the next Bromance party with Brodinski at Social Club, Paris on June 8th. Countdown begins now…
