In probably the most exciting news i’ve heard today (Kony, phhfft) defunct nu-wavers Le Tigre are set to release an EP of vintage live recordings.

If you’re still scratching your head as to who exactly Le Tigre are spare some brainpower and watch the fan video below of their irresistible hit “Deceptacon” (that’ll probably make you want to dance).

The live recordings are circa 2004-2005 when the band was touring to celebrate the release of the last effort ‘The Island’.
