The 2012 Juno Award Nominees have landed with a smattering of dance acts, proving furthermore that EDM is rallying up there with the best of them while still highlighting that terrible ‘pop’ music still rules the roost 🙁
Deadmau5 had the strongest showing with three inclusions in the ‘Fan Choice’, ‘Artist of the Year’ and ‘Dance Recording of the Year’ awards. Other notable mentions were Duck Sauce (Dance Recording of the Year), Junior Boys (Electronic Album of the Year) and Azari & III (Electronic Album of the Year).
