Dance music maverick and oddball producer Remute put out an E.P earlier this month. In true renegade fashion, the Democratic Disco E.P is featured on Remute’s own label aptly titled “Remute”
Though most of the labels output is little more then ego-productions, Democratic Disco stands out as a diamond in the rough, reminiscent of the heavy disco outings of Mr Oizo and Moullinex. Political undertones excluded, this is very playable.
