Munich-based Luis Clara Gomes, better known as Moullinex, is the co-owner of the predominantly Nu-Disco Record Label giant D.I.S.C.O Texas.

The producer’s love for music started at a tender age growing up in countryside Portugal surrounded by musicians. In his biography Moullinex is quoted as ‘refusing to adhere to a specific genre or scene and forever be tagged with a dated aesthetic.’

So to delve a little deeper, we decided to ask him interesting questions to reveal more about him.

Pineapple juice. With ginger.

If you weren’t producing music what would you be doing?

I honestly don’t know. Maybe building synths 🙂
