Members of Hot Chip and LCD Soundsystem have announced, New Build.

While Joe Goddard has been working solo, Hot Chip members Al Doyle (previously LCD) and Alex Martin have bunked up with studio engineer Tom Hopkins for the New Build project.

The sound could be pointed towards an LCD vein with it’s jumpy make-you-wanna-dance glide coupled with Hot Chips usual melancholy vocals – “Guitar Man” screams of Bowie!

The new EP ‘Misery Loves Company’ features a remix from Planningtorock.
